The Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the nomination of Prince Kassim Afegbua, Ohimai Ehijimetor, Eugene Abdallah and Hon. Godwin Afekokhe Esheshi as Commissioner-Designates for the State.

Afegbua, a former Special Adviser on Media to Ex-Comrade Governor Adams Oshiomhole, had also served as Commissioner for Information and Orientation in that administration.

A statement signed by the Secretary to the Edo State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor Esq., said the nominations of the above-listed individuals will be forwarded to the State House of Assembly for consideration and confirmation.

“The Governor further approved the appointment of Aigbogun Collins, the immediate past Chairman of Esan West Local Government Council as Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Mobilization and Osobase Oboaguina as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Mobilisation, Edo Central”, the statement added.
